I work with queer, trans, nonbinary, neurodivergent, and autistic folks navigating identity, grief, trauma, and life transitions. My practice is grounded in trauma-informed, liberation-oriented care and honors the complex internal and relational ecosystems that shape your experience.
I support individuals and intimate partnerships, including monogamous, open, and polyamorous relationships. I also work with people exploring gender identity, integrating psychedelic or plant medicine experiences, and moving through the uncertainty and depth of being human.
My approach draws from Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment theory, and Nonviolent Communication, with a focus on building self-understanding, connection, and capacity.
