Insurance & Payment

Please be sure to check with your insurance company regarding your benefits before contacting the therapist to request an appointment. This is an important determinant of your ongoing costs.

Please be aware that while your insurance plan may provide some coverage, any amount not paid by the insurance is the responsibility of the patient or patient’s guarantor. We bill insurance at the rate we have contracted with your insurance company.

You are typically responsible only for your co-pay or deductible amount at the time of service, and the practice handles the direct billing to your insurance company.

For Oregon Health Plan members there are no copays or deductibles and any amount not paid by the insurance is not the responsibility of the patient

Our clinicians work with several major insurance plans, including Oregon Health Plan, Moda, BCBS, Aetna, and PacificSource.
