I offer Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Somatic Psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and families.
I work deeply with individuals who are ready to address core issues — people who feel things intensely, struggle in relationships, and sense that something fundamental needs to change. Using IFS and Somatic Psychotherapy, we work beneath the surface to understand the patterns, parts, and body wisdom driving their experience.
I bring particular expertise to attachment-focused couples counseling using the IFIO model — helping couples who fear the past is interfering with the present and who long to be truly known, close, and understood.
