Come home to yourself

Therapy can be a place to slow down, listen more closely, and reconnect with parts of Are you outgrowing old patterns and ways of being? Perhaps you’re healing relational wounds, finding your voice, reclaiming creativity, pleasure, or sexuality, or simply longing to feel more connected to yourself and your life.

My approach is experiential, relational, and embodied, with roots in Jungian and psychodynamic traditions. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that keep you feeling stuck, deepen your understanding of yourself, and discover new ways of living and relating. Our work might involve conversation, dreams, creativity, mindfulness, or attention to the body and therapeutic relationship. There’s room for all of you here, including the parts that feel messy, contradictory, or difficult to accept.

I believe authentic relationship can be deeply healing. At its heart, therapy is an opportunity to experience being known and accepted, to grow in your capacity to love and be loved, and to become more fully yourself—more embodied, more self-trusting, and more free to live a life that feels genuinely your own.

“Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?”
— Mary Oliver, The Summer Day
