I offer mindfulness based interventions to help clients to slow down and tune into themselves. I integrate multiple healing modalities including family systems, parts work, and somatic methods of treatment to support clients’ unique needs. I offer both online sessions and in-person sessions in SE Portland. Through compassion and curiosity, I help folks sit with, learn from, share and process their emotions.
