Life is rich and complex — and for parents and caregivers, that complexity often brings an added layer of burnout, overwhelm, transition, and grief. These are the experiences I am most skilled at holding, and the people navigating them are who I am most passionate about supporting.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Oregon offering telehealth services to individuals and families, with plans to expand into hybrid and walk-and-talk sessions as the seasons shift. I am trained in EMDR and actively working toward certification, drawing on this modality — alone or alongside talk therapy — for its capacity for nervous system regulation, somatic healing, and deep, lasting reprocessing. I also integrate mindfulness-based and cognitive behavioral approaches, and always lead with a person-centered lens: I follow your lead and trust that you know yourself, your children, and your family best.
Much of my work centers on reconnecting clients to ancestral wisdom and generational healing — because families are where we come from, where we first learn and unlearn, and where we are given the opportunity to break or transform cycles that no longer serve us. I am relational, collaborative, and strengths-based — and while I want sessions to feel supportive, I lead with honesty, consent, and directness, because I believe growth often happens in the hard moments. I am also a bit of an extrovert, which means I bring genuine warmth and energy into the work.
I am a Spanish-speaking therapist currently prioritizing Spanish-language group work to support the community connection and collective care I believe is essential for Latinx communities right now.
