I use mindfulness, embodiment, creativity, dreamwork, and the therapeutic relationship to support deep exploration and meaningful change. I love working with people who are interested in deep self-inquiry, discovering old patterns, healing wounds, and tending to the soul. I work with people who want to build mindfulness and connection with their bodies, emotions, and truths—cultivating greater awareness and vitality, ultimately allowing for an expanded sense of fluidity within oneself and the world.
People have described my therapeutic style as: nurturing, heart-centered, intuitive and curious. I bring a grounded, sturdy, non-judgmental presence into therapy and strive to meet my clients just where they are at: in celebration of their unique ways of being.
Clients I work with/issues I treat: artists/creatives, LGBTQIA, adults, spirituality, personal growth, perinatal issues, parenting, gender, relationship and communication issues, self-confidence, life transitions, self-esteem, highly sensitive people, imposter syndrome and perfectionism, and more.
